How do I calculate my shipping charges?
We offer flat rate shipping charges using standard FEDEX Ground shipping. Orders up to $100 will be charged a flat $7 shipping fee. Orders over $100 to $250 will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee. Orders over $250 will be charged a flat $22 shipping fee.
NOTE: the above Standard Shipping rates apply to each individual address you request. For Corporate Orders or Bulk Orders, there will be a shipping cost estimate given at the time of ordering. We ship FEDEX within the continental USA, which normally takes 3-7 days for delivery. Rest assured that once you place your order with us, we make sure that all in-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours.
Freight Delivery: Heavy or oversized furniture and accessories will include a shipping and handling charge which is listed as a surcharge. For each of these items ordered, please add only that amount to determine your total delivery charge on each item. Items ordered at the same time may be delivered separately. Next Day or 2 Day shipping is not available for any item with a surcharge.
Curbside Delivery is available: King Ranch Saddle Shop will deliver your selection to your curbside. There is no unpacking of the item by the delivery service. Next Day or 2 Day shipping is not available for this item. Customer is responsible for all freight charges if delivery of Furniture if returned, refused or cancelled during processing.
Inside Delivery is available for additional charges: King Ranch Saddle Shop will deliver your selection into your home and place the package 10 feet inside the front entry. There is no unpacking of the item by the delivery service. Delivery can be scheduled Monday through Friday and the freight company will call to arrange a time convenient for you. What is the standard form of shipping?
King Ranch Saddle Shop utilizes FEDEX Shipping Services, which normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Rest assured that once you place your order with us we will make sure that all in-stock items are shipped within 24 business hours - HOLIDAY shipping estimates change during the month of December.
Overnight and Second Day Shipping availability?
Orders requesting Overnight or Second Day Delivery must be submitted and received before 10:00 a.m. CST. These delivery options do not include weekends or HOLIDAY season. All orders received after 10:01 a.m CST will ship the next business day - HOLIDAY hours and days may vary. You must provide a physical address for expedited delivery, we cannot ship next day or 2nd day to a Post Office Box.
What are CURBSIDE, INSIDE and WHITEGLOVE Deliveries?

Can items be shipped internationally?
Orders delivered outside the U.S. must be paid by credit card. International customers please call 1.361.595.1424 to speak to a Customer Service Representative. There will be additional shipping and handling charges which normally takes 3-7 business days for delivery and the recipient will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
Are Drop Ship items delayed during the Holidays?
Any of the items we offer that are Drop Shipped, shipped directly from our vendors, have the delivery time listed on the product detail page as well as in the check-out process once you put the item in your cart. Due to the Holidays, your item(s) may be delayed up to 2 weeks from the time listed on the product page.
Can I redeem a Gift Certificate online?
We currently do not redeem Gift Certificates online. Please call Customer Service toll-free at 1-877-282-5777 and a representative will assist you.
How do I order online?
The King Ranch Saddle Shop will make ordering as easy as possible. When shopping online, simply click on the item you want, select a color, size, and quantity, then click the "add to basket" button. You can always call us toll-free at 1.800.282.5464 and we will be glad to help.
How do you make shopping via the Web secure?
We use a secure server and premium SSL with GoDaddy certification to protect your ordering information as it comes to us via the Internet. This means that all information such as name, address and your credit card number entered in the checkout section of our online store is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Which products are available online, compared to the items offered in the King Ranch Saddle Shop Catalog?
To make your online shipping as convenient as possible all items in our catalog are available online. There are items that are exclusively on the King Ranch Saddle Shop web site that you will not find in our catalog.

How do I know if my online order is secure? What happens to my name and order information?
The first layer of security, "Safe Technology", is the most visible to you. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Using RSA key technology, our web server is stable and secure, so you can shop via the web without worry and without risk. Only our own staff has access to this information, and then only enough to service your order. When will my credit card be charged?
At the time of placing your order there will be a preauthorization pending on your credit card. This is not a charge. We will charge your credit card for the correct amount when your order is released for shipment.

Warranty of Leather Goods and Canvas
Thank you for your King Ranch Saddle Shop purchase. Since the 1800s King Ranch has hand- made outstanding gear for ranchers and cowboys all over the world that would withstand the demands of all territories. If your leather item does not hold up to our high-quality manufacturing standards during the first three-years of ownership (from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase), we will take the proper measures to repair or replace your item at the discretion of our leather experts and cover your shipping. This warranty does not cover variations and unique characteristics such as scars, wrinkles or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.
Our leather goods warranty is meant to cover any quality issues related to the materials and workmanship of your product. We hope you understand we cannot replace or repair bags that have been damaged or not properly cared for. If our experts determine that your item has a manufacturing defect, we will take care of replacing or repairing your bag based upon our findings. As our supplies of leather and designs often change, we may not be able to replace or repair your bag with the same leather or style, but we will do our best.
If your bag has damages from misuse, scratches or stains, airline/carrier mishandling or has lost the additional features included with the bag, such as but not limited to a key fob, wristlet or zip utility bags, the warranty is null. Normal wear and tear does not include missing hardware, torn fabrics or leather nor any cosmetic damage.
Our Warranty of Leather Goods applies to luggage, handbags, hunting gear and briefcases. In addition, we will offer you a lifetime of cleaning and conditioning service on your leather item. Please be sure to schedule this service through one of our retail stores or if you are sending your bag, please include your name, shipping address, day-time phone number and let us know you would like your bag cleaned and conditioned. During peak season, bags will take longer to be worked on.
Boots, Apparel, Wallets, and small leather goods such as Cigar Holders, Pen Protectors, Eyeglass Cases or Card Cases and accessories will fall under our standard 60-day Return Policy below.
Can I return something I purchased online?
If you find that your King Ranch Saddle Shop item is not what you expected, then within 60 days of purchase you may Return or Exchange the item, unused and in the condition in which you received the piece, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, and other charges where applicable. Any refunds originally tendered in cash in excess of $200 will be issued in the form of a check mailed to the address on file within 5-7 business days. We do not accept returns on personalized or monogrammed products. Your first Exchange will be shipped for free, however if you decide to Exchange multiple times for the same item, you will be responsible for the multiple shipment fees. Please note: we will not exchange boots that have visible signs of being worn. When you first try your boots on, please try them on a smooth surface such as carpet to avoid any wear on the sole.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. King Ranch Saddle Shop does not refund gift cards for cash.
Once your return is received and inspected by one of our experts, your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies. Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process once the item has arrived at our location. There are several options for a RETURN OR EXCHANGE, see below. During peak season and some holidays there may be an increase in processing time of up to 10 business days.
Returns and Exchanges:
King Ranch Saddle Shop offers the following options for exchange or return of merchandise for up to 60 days from purchase date.

- Original Receipt provided: an even refund or exchange will be processed upon the original tender or King Ranch Saddle Shop Gift Card if that credit card is no longer available. We are unable to refund an amount to a different credit card than the original tender.
- Gift Receipt: you will receive a King Ranch Saddle Shop Gift Card for the approved refund or exchange amount.
- No Receipt: we will do our best to find your original transaction in our system however, if we are unable to do so, you will be refunded the lowest price within the last 60 days in the form of a King Ranch Saddle Shop Gift Card. When shipping your item for return or exchange, please include a copy of the packing slip or original receipt that you received with your item. If you have the original packing list fill out the information on the back. If you have a store receipt, please include the reason for return/exchange, send the package securely wrapped, prepaid and insured to the address below.

Please do not send any packages COD as they will not accept product returns shipped COD and they will be rejected and returned to the sender.
King Ranch Saddle Shop offers repair services for most of our products.
Subject to King Ranch Saddle Shop warranty conditions and exclusions, our leather goods are covered from the original date of purchase by a three-year limited warranty. If an item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the first three years, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or a comparable product.
Please note if it is determined that alterations, services and/or repairs were performed by any party other than King Ranch Saddle Shop, the warranty will be null and void.
If your repair request includes repairable issues not covered by our three-year limited warranty, Item(s) can be sent to King Ranch Saddle Shop to be reviewed on a case by case basis and repaired for a nominal fee. Please note: The last business day of September is the cutoff for holiday repairs. While we will take your repair and go through the quote process, your repair will not begin until January and that will be based on a first come first serve basis.
When shipping an item to King Ranch Saddle Shop for repair, please include the following:

Upon receipt, items will be reviewed for repair work being requested and/or needed. A member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you once a quote has been determined (your quote will include a return shipping amount of $15-$25 depending on the size of the item), expected time frame to receive your quote amount is 5-7 days. If you approve the repair, it will begin on a first come first serve basis. Repairs can take from 10-12 weeks or longer, depending on the detail of your repair. Times will vary during high peak season of November through January. From October 15th through January 15th our Repairs are on hold. We will take your repair and provide a quote amount however will not guarantee your repair will be worked on during this period due to it being peak holiday season.
Items will not be repaired without the cost being covered. Repairs not paid for will be returned and un-repaired after 30 days from original point of contact. For all repair inquiries or to check the status of your repair, please email [email protected]
To help preserve your leather item, we offer a complimentary cleaning and conditioning. Let us know if you are interested in taking advantage of this treatment or call one of our stores to set up an appointment or a time for you to take your bag. Note, completion times will vary from store to store and during peak season there may be longer delays.

How do I care for the leather or King Ranch Embossed Fabric?
Leather Care: The leather we use in our products will last for many years with proper care. In our experience, the best way to preserve leather is to condition the leather every 3 months with King Ranch Leather Conditioner (Item #223422). Use our leather cleaner (Item #222423) to prepare the area for our Leather Conditioner. Do not use oil on any of our leather products. Doing so will turn the leather very dark.
King Ranch Embossed Fabric Care: The tan-colored materials we use can be washed with water and any non-abrasive soap. If the material is marked by a ball point pen, it is important to remove the ink before it dries. The best choice for this is our King Ranch Canvas Cleaner (item#216939), 22 fl. oz. spray bottle.
Spray it on the spot, let it work for 20 to 30 seconds and then wipe it off with a soft cloth. Do not scrub with a lot of pressure or you will dull the surface.
How often is the site updated?

What is the Running W® Brand?
The exact date of Captain Richard King's first use of the brand has not been determined. However, the earliest registration in Texas was on the 9th of February, 1869. There are several theories as to why the Running W was chosen. Some say it originated in Mexico because of its shape. The Mexicans call the brand viborita, which means the little snake. Others believe that it was a simple inversion of the initial M brand, because Captain King purchased the land and livestock of William Mann'?'s estate in 1862. When King Ranch began to operate its own saddlery in the years following the Civil War, it began using the Running W on the saddles and leather goods it produced. The brand is only to be put on goods of the finest quality. Today, the Running W appears on both prize-winning cattle and top quality leather goods, as an icon of American Ranching culture.
What type of leathers does the King Ranch Saddle Shop offer?
You will immediately notice the aroma and character that comes with each leather item you have purchased. The full grain leather we use is a classic but challenging material with which to work. Along with the beauty, which allows you to mix and match any of our leathers, you will discover a lot of priceless character on the various pieces. Our leather hides carry random markings earned from a spirited life among mesquite and cactus. The leathers used in all King Ranch merchandise are Docil, Latigo and Natural Saddle Leather. Docil Leather: Feel the softness of our smooth, supple, yet sturdy Docil leather. This wonderfully textured material gives each bag a unique shape with simple elegance. Latigo: We have taken this hard leather, traditionally used for bridles and reins, because of its toughness and durability, to bring you a smooth, rich, long-lasting leather. Latigo is often used as a trim on items made of soft, supple Docil Leather. These two types of leathers are available in Chaparral, Rio or sometimes Sombra colors. Natural Saddle Leather: We use the same thick, rugged natural leather traditionally used for our saddles and riding tack. Beyond their strength and endurance is the character each piece reveals as it ages to a golden tan from season after season of use.
What type of personalization is available?
The following information will guide you through your personalization decision. Please note that after an item has been personalized, it cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. For this reason, please be certain that you have selected the color, style, and size you want before you ask for personalization. If you have any doubts or questions, we highly encourage you to call us for clarification so that we can avoid any misunderstandings. NOTE: some articles are not suitable for personalization because of their design. Items that can be personalized will state in the product detail. A few articles have no plaques, but take personalization near the handle, on a luggage tag, or a key fob.
